At the November board meeting of the Omemee Curling & Recreation Centre, it was decided, that we will not open in January. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic our 2020-2021 season will not happen. As expected many factors were discussed including, the member survey, community and provincial health concerns, and the financial viability of the Centre. While this is disappointing we know our community is strong and we look forward to next fall when we can get together again to enjoy the sport that we all love.

Dear Members,
In September the Board of Directors decided to not open the Omemee Curling Centre for October 2020. We stated that a decision regarding January 2021 would be made by November 21, 2020. We understand that there may still be feelings of apprehension and concern among our membership. The Board of Director's are just as apprehensive, we want to ensure we have your best interests in mind. The following is a survey regarding your intention for registration in January 2021. The results will assist the Board in making their decision, along with financial projections.
The voice of the membership is very important, and to ensure that our decision is a representation of the Centre and it’s members, it is critical that we have all members complete the survey.
The survey will be available from November 1, 2020 until 11:59pm on November 6, 2020.
