Membership

Pre Registration Pay $100 now and lock in this years membership fees for next season. Pre Registration will be accepted up to the Banquet night April 27th. You will notice that you are not registering for your leagues now. The Pre Registration form is just a receipt. You will need to register for your league before September 15, 2019. Thats right, you NEED to be registered before the 15th of September to be included in the League lists. Register after that date and you risk being put on a wait list for that league. There will be an actual registration night on September 11, 2019, from 6-9pm. Mark that on your calendar now!

Banquet

April 27th 6pm Only $25 per person. Banquet and Awards night, followed by dance. Its always a great time. Tickets available at the Bar. If you are thinking of going to the dance, but did not get a chance to purchase a ticket, please email omemeecurling@gmail.com and put Banquet in the subject line, before April 13th.

AGM

Board Members Members of the Omemee Curling and Recreation Centre, are eligible to sit on the Board of Directors. Term is 3 years with a one term extension permitted. Meetings have been once a month, with committees meeting when needed. If you think you might be interested, please talk to Laverne or Ron Fox. You can also come to the AGM and be nominated from the Floor. AGM Please come to the AGM and hear what has been happening and our vision for the future. This is your chance to have a say and vote for your board members. See where your membership money goes and how much is in the bank. Every paid up member of the the Curling Centre is welcome to come and vote. See you there.

General Meeting April 17, 7pm

Ontario Curling Assoc. / Canadian Curling Assoc. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss whether or not, the Omemee Curling & Recreation Centre should rejoin the OCC/OCA. We will present the reasons why we should and the reasons we should not. We will discuss the financial implications to our members to join. This is your chance to have your say. The final decision will be put to a vote at the AGM.
