New name, new website!

Hi all and welcome to our new website! Over the summer great things have been happening at the OCRC. First of all, you may have noticed that we are no longer calling our selves a club, we are now a centre. The Board had a really long look at where we are going and where we have come from, and considered all of your opinions. The survey results clearly indicated you wanted a change. So our new working title, (no change to our legal name) is The Omemee Curling and Rec Centre. This allows us to be more inclusive to the community and to think about more than just curling, though curling is our main function.

I encourage you to look around on our new website, and let me know what you think. This has been a collaboration of many members and a lot of hard work over the summer. What makes this site so great is that it can be managed by several of the board members who can contribute to keeping the information up-to-date.
